Stay away unless you want to get taken. Sold me a refrigerator filled with broken glass and took zero responsibility for this. They moved the transaction off EBay and then tried to pressure me into not paying through PayPal to ensure minimal oversight for their dishonest business practices. After a dispute with PayPal and the credit card company they offered a 10% refund if I paid to have the refrigerator returned to them.

Bought a Thermador Built in Fridge from Adam “ALSURPLUS Store”. Spent thousands on a “new fridge”…..They sold me a broken unit. It’s been a nightmare trying to get it fixed from Thermador. Living out of a cooler stinks….thanks ALSURPLUS.

I found AL Surplus truly by accident and I ended up purchasing several high end appliances from them. They actually called me to verify my order and offer to assist with any other items I might be seeking. I was so impressed! I continued to be impressed as we went through the process. They are responsive, professional and delightful to work with! They even found me a refrigerator that wasn’t yet on their website. It was panel ready but they went the extra mile and installed the proper door and even switched the hinging. They are terrific! Thank you AL: Surplus! We will be back for more!

Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and it was at my door in Nashville on Thursday AM. All minor defects were exactly as advertised and I couldn't be more excited about the discount we got on a brand new high-end unit. Will be some time before I actually get it installed but so far I am very impressed with their service!

David at AL Surplus was extremely helpful with a 48” Thermador range purchase… responsive, patient, professional. We ordered it remotely and had it shipped from AL to TX; it arrived in perfect condition and was installed within 1 week of our order. I would highly recommend AL Surplus!
