We visited this electronics store looking for a new television and sound system, and the overall experience was far better than we expected. The employee helping us asked about room size, viewing habits, and budget before recommending several realistic options instead of immediately pushing expensive upgrades. Compared to shopping online where specifications can become overwhelming quickly, being able to compare products in person made a huge difference. The staff stayed patient throughout the process and explained technical features in simple terms. Delivery and setup also went smoothly, and the new system has completely improved our movie nights at home.

I would say, knowing how much money Alabama power makes, this is one of the most depressing customer service places I ever visited. So uninviting, gloomy, with weird setup and not very friendly employees. I must admit , visiting Jefferson county courthouse, paying for a tag, was more exciting and employees were much nicer. Kind of embarrassing for Alabama power....
