Their 30 day guarantee on appliances only means they will TRY to fix them if they don't work. The washer and dryer we bought didn't work even for a second and there is no way they worked at all before we bought them. There is no money back and that's probably the reason they only take cash

Bought a clothes washer from them in the past (2016). My old roommate is still using it. Dropped off my current one on Saturday and picked it up on Sunday due to some mechanical issues. Great service, fast turn-around, good pricing and very easy to talk to! Won't go anywhere else to get my appliances repaired. Only wish he made house calls! :-) My refrigerator dispenser needs repairing and the refrigerator is full of food. Highly recommend!!!! Addendum: A year later and had to take my clothes washer back in for another repair. Again, great service, fair price and fast turn-around. Keep in mind; I have an old non-HE clothes washer and Appliance Plus keeps it alive! Thank you! Won't go anywhere else!

I needed a fuse for my dryer that had stopped heating. I checked the big box stores and it would have been a least a week before they could get it in stock. I called appliance plus and they had just what I needed, with a fair price. I'll be checking here first for all my appliance repair needs from now on. Super friendly customer service also.
