My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing due to the conduct of a Black Old Lady with grey hair all over the floor. The employee displayed a consistently rude and unprofessional attitude toward customers, addressing people in a confrontational and inappropriate manner. At one point, individuals were told to “pull their pants up” despite there being no issue, and others were asked to leave simply for not making a purchase. This behavior created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment, which is unacceptable in any customer-facing setting. Professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy should be the standard. It is also worth noting that, as an international purchaser for a production company, I often source products and locations for larger-scale opportunities. Unfortunately, this experience immediately removed this business from consideration. Establishments never know who may walk through their doors, and this was a missed opportunity. I strongly encourage management to address this matter to ensure future guests are treated with dignity and respect.
