I went to order countertops and fixtures from a company that Ferguson carries. I spoke with salesman, then a manager. Neither one had any clue what I was talking about or how to order. They said they could “try” to figure it out. Left and went to V&W Supply, who knew exactly what I needed and was glad to order for me. Don’t waste your time with Ferguson.

The Birmingham Ferguson location has been great to work with. Liz Alverado our sales person and Showroom Design consultant was so helpful in assisting us in selecting our appliances for our kitchen remodel. She listened to our desires and guided us without pressure to ensure we got the best bang for our buck. She was extremely knowledgeable about every appliance we were interested in and answered all questions. The selection of appliances, and plumbing fixtures was limitless. After the sale I was kept informed of the availability and delivery times. The delivery was excellent and on time. We chose Ferguson to install our new double oven. They arrived on time and was very courteous and careful with the installation. I would highly recommend Ferguson to anyone, and ask for Liz in the showroom.

Buyer beware of the delivery service they use from here. Build.com is disrespectful to your purchases. My tub came in today with a hole through it from the forklift and they taped my invoice over the hole, and left it there?? Really! Then try to call ferguson to see if I can come swap for a tub with no hole, only to be told I have to deal with the build people for my return.after waiting 30 minutes to speak to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous. First and only time to deal with this company. Never again.
