Dekalb-cherokee Counties Gas

We use DC Gas for our heating and continue to be amazed at their incredible service. During a cold spell, we had an issue with our outdoor tankless water heater. We called, and Whitney helped us by immediately scheduling a service technician to come out to our house. Within fifteen minutes, Clint called and said that he was on his way. He got here and had the problem fixed within five minutes. What a professional! He was knowledgeable and kind, and even gave us a few pointers to follow. We really liked him. Michelle, the manager, must run a well organized company and she has great people working with her.

I was a customer for almost 4 years. I moved to an all electric home and would receive a refund if my deposit. I received my final bill that stated refund check enclosed. There was no check. I called and spoke to someone and was told the woman that handles refunds was out that day and would have an answer in two days. It’s now been over a week and unable to reach anyone about my refund.

I recently decided to convert to an on demand gas water heater after an issue with my electric one. David Clayton, in customer service, went above and beyond to see that I wasn’t left without hot water. The two young men who did the installation were very courteous and did a great job. They even removed my old water heater, which I know wasn’t an easy task given it was located in my crawl space. It is refreshing in this day and age to deal with a company that really cares about their customers.
