Cody was very nice and professional and we now have a working dishwasher. Very thankful Mr. Appliance could send a technician out the same day that I called! Would highly recommend.

It is a real scams this company! They are offering diagnostic of your defective appliances for 119$. I had a dryer not starting and couldn’t understand the issue so I scheduled a diagnostic. The technician named Larry came and test and inspect the dryer for 15min to finally arrive at the conclusion that it needed components to be replaced. I ask for him to explain me what is going on and which component he was talking about. He answered that it would cost 600$ and that he needs to order the parts. I ask him again which parts and if he can tell me or show me. But he didn’t answer me and said that he needed to order the parts and ask if I was interested by the repair. I told him now ( the dryer cost 700$ new) And ask again for him to explain me what are the parts needed. He said that he will send a report by email. I pushed again to get an answer and understand what needed to be done and explain him that I will do it myself. But his answered was again that the report will come later. I told him that I paid for a diagnostic and that right now I have no clear answer on what is needed to fix it. But same answer I need to wait on the report. He left and i received the report by email… what a scam to have three words defining the components and no more! They want you to pay full service it is stilling, don’t propose diagnostic , your are lying and only stealing people of Birmingham and mountain brook!!! Shame to you

This is my second time using Mr. Appliance and the second time we had Chase as our technician. I recommend this company very highly. Chase is the most efficient and knowledgeable service person I've worked with. He was professional, polite, and focused on repairing our refrigerator. I will call Mr. Appliance for needs in the future.

We had a fantastic experience working with this group. They came out within the same day we called. The technician was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. We will definitely be working with them again if we have any other appliance issues!

Very kind staff, but make sure you are clear with your issue before they come out. My screen on my 2 year old Range went out. I was clear that was the issue. They came out and told me yes, the screen is out. Then they proceeded to tell me they could not order the part and there was nothing they could do. The tech was kind enough, but he gladly took my $119 and was off. I had zero follow up and no solution to my problem. A quick google search and the part was readily available at a few online place. I ended up ordering the part and with 1 hour of my own time fixed it. I have called to ask about why they didn't fix it or offer other solutions many times, but no one has called back. Again, they were kind and responsive at first- I can see that they 'should fix things', but they left me high and dry for $119 and 15 minutes of their time.
