Why did I wait to purchase a high end vacuum?! I should have viewed a vacuum as any other household appliance with a motor. Quality matters. Very happy with my purchase and wonderful customer service. As far as the review on my Sebo purchase… I have NEVER had this house so clean! My old Shark, Dyson, Kenmore did not compare. The house always seemed dusty. Not anymore, the Sebo sucks…and in a good way. The attachments, especially the triangular one gets into every crevice! I have never been able to get the dust from my beaded inset cabinets, until now. I used this attachment on everything, it does a better job than dusting manually and takes a fraction of the time. Cleans lampshades easily. Oh and best of all…the spinning brush head pops off so I can easily remove hair! I regret not buying one years ago before all this dirt and dust built up. Such a time saver and I now have a cleaner home!

The manager Ed was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful! I went in to service my vacuum which was quick and left with Maison Berger lamp & animal odor neutralizer. Great experience! Highly recommend!

I was not pleased with the sales manager. He was not knowledgeable about the vacuum I was interested in and even sent me home with the wrong attachment. I was also given a floor model which was supposedly new out of the box but I would have preferred a box. I ended up returning and ordering a canister vacuum instead from the vacuum doctor in Utah, instead. Free shipping, no tax, and Clint was a pleasure to do business with!
