Yall…I will always and forever buy here from now and until forever. We made the unfortunate mistake going to a big box for a washer and dryer (I knew better, still ashamed) and after really crappy customer service, we found this gem. No nonsense, got what we wanted/needed…. They were phenomenally kind… Yep. We will be buying whatever they tell us to from here now and forever. Trust me, skip the big box and buy local!! Great experience, got what we needed with zero b.s. I’m reviewing two months after my purchase and still very, very happy with my purchase and the superior customer service!!!!

These guys are fantastic (at both locations). Very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and professional. We bought a refrigerator and a double wall oven, after going back and forth between both stores a hundred times. It's a big purchase and we wanted to be sure. I thought their prices were very fair. Delivery and installation was super professional as well. The truck showed up on time, the guys unloaded it, got them down the driveway and into the house, no damages, everything hooked up properly and working great. We are loving our new appliances, and while I *hope* that I won't need any more appliances any time soon, if I do, this is where I'll go. No more big box stores for us. Thank you!

We just purchased a second appliance from Benson's in Robertsdale with the same great results and experience. The first was a built in wall oven, the most recent a new refrigerator. Scratch and dent models but you have to look really hard to find it. Great price and a very friendly environment unlike the big box stores. Sean, the owner waited on us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We recommend Benson's to anyone looking for a new appliance and a great deal.
