Completely dissatisfied I bought a dryer from this place less than two months ago. They sent me home with it completely unwrapped and out of the box. It hasn’t worked properly yet. Had someone come out to check it because it wouldn’t heat, whatever he did it started heating but now the timer won’t let you adjust it so it shuts off every 10/15 minutes meaning I have to cut it back on 15/20 times just to get one load dry. The lady refuses to give me a refund and also made me contact the people that come out to look at it for another checkup because she didn’t want to sit on the phone with them for 45 minutes when that is her job not mine. I will never do business here again. We spent $600 and something on this dryer for it to be a waste of money and when you have 7 people living in your home right here at Christmas you’d think these people would just give me my money back but no so I will say very unprofessional in my opinion. I myself am a business owner and if something doesn’t work right from get go if they want there money back no questions asked I’ll hand them there money back. But these people don’t care all they want is your money. I guess I’m supposed to dry my clothes on a clothes line or just sit in front of the thing all day to be sure everyone’s clothes get done like I don’t have a life myself. Ridiculous in every way you want to look at it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE

We recently purchased a washer and dryer and refrigerator from Southern Home. We have purchased other items in the past and we have always had great service and good quality products from them. The boys who delivered our items were very nice and respectful. All in all we had great service all the way around. Thank you Mrs. Mary, Alex and Eli for all of your help. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've been dealing with Southern Home Comfort for well over 10 years. Service is superlative. Ronnie runs the store, though any of the associates are hand trained by him. They have a mid size show room and a catalog they are happy to order anything you want they have. The store features a cash buy it now price, or, they will in house finance the purchase for you. In my exoerience compared to other rent to own businesses Southern Home Comfort is much more reasonable. You cannot go wrong at the very least stopping by and talking to them about making a purchase. They also stand behind what they sell and will send a repairman out to your home to fix an item that does not work flawlessky. I woukd highly reccommend Southern Home Comfort to anyone.
