I recently inherited my Dad’s house and I had no clue what to do or how to get propane for their heat heater to work just days before the big freeze was coming. Mark called and I told him what was happening and this city girl is clueless! Him and his guys are AMAZING! They came out to test the line fixed the issue and put propane in the tank. These guys were out very late still making sure to get everyone the propane we all desperately needed. When I get done remodeling and move in I will definitely keep my service with Mark and his team. The ladies in the office THANK YOU for all your help and advice and everything all y’all did!

Hands down the best customer service experience I have received in a long time. We had a suspected propane leak in our home and Apex did not have an immediate service tech that was available so the boss himself showed up within an hour of calling. He diagnosed the issue and found exactly what was wrong. He went the extra mile to resolve my problem and ensure my water heater was working properly. I cannot say enough good things about this company and my experience with them today. We will be calling them back soon to upgrade our unit in the near future. 5 star service with 5 star employees!!!

If they had 10 stars I would give it to Apex. Talk about family oriented.I went to cook dinner and I realized we ran out of gas 5 min before they close on a Friday, of a 3 day holiday weekend. The gentlemen answered, said he would be out to fill it. No sooner than I packed my kids in the car to bring them to get something to eat, I see him pulling up into my drive way. That's right 15 MINUTES. he fills my tank and I just can't be more appreciative of him coming out of his way on a 3 day holiday after they closed. And so fast!!I will only ever do business with Apex Gas!!! And you should too.
