Definitely recommend Felix’s services! We were looking for a family owned local AC company in Maricopa and are so glad to have found Felix Appliance Heating & Air. Our AC went out in the middle of the night on a Monday. We used their online booking service and earliest appointment was that following Friday. We left a message with them at 5am in hopes of receiving a same day appointment. They contacted us at 7am, one hour earlier than their business hours! Wonderful customer service. This was our second appointment with them. During our first appointment we signed up for their Felix Family protection plan and are so glad we did! The protection plan covers 1 free capacitor which happens to be exactly what went out! Michael was our technician during both visits and is absolutely professional and helpful. He is quick and efficient and answered all our questions. He fixed the capacitor and the protection plan rang true with no hidden fees! Our family didn’t even have to go a full 24 hours without AC. I was extremely impressed with Felix Appliance Heating & Air from start to finish. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, arrived right on time, and were professional throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their honesty and integrity. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, they took the time to identify that the issue would actually be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty — ultimately saving us hundreds of dollars. That level of transparency is rare and truly appreciated. It’s clear this is a company that prioritizes its customers over profit, and that goes a long way. I would absolutely recommend Felix to anyone in need of appliance repair or HVAC maintenance and will be using them again in the future.

Felix heating and air just replaced my A/C and they did a fantastic job from the beginning to the end. There were no gimmicks, no upsell. They were responsive, courteous, and top-notch professionals. When they were coming in and out of the house, they took care to protect the flooring and the walls. They kept me informed the course of the project and were on time. The technician, Michael, did a great job explaining everything to me so I understood exactly what was going on. He answered my questions and even further explained, so I understood. I would highly recommend them. Five stars for me without a doubt.

Let’s start from the beginning. I had some washing machine issues. I called their phone number. I talked to a real person not an AI person. It was great. He understood my concerns. He knew what the issue was and was able to set an appointment immediately. They sent Wayne!! Professional, courteous, respectful of my home He was outstanding. He went out of his way to listen to all of my concerns, quickly diagnose the issue. And I truly lucked out he had the part with him. He was in and out in 30 minutes. He helped me with an additional appliance I had in the house with getting some part numbers. I would highly Recommend the service and waiting for doing the repair especially in Maricopa.
