Sometimes, the best experiences are those that don't quite turn out as you hoped. After looking for a compatible control board for our 31-year old GE XL44 oven, we found one with Apex that we hoped would be compatible. After installation, we got an error, and -- having purchased the additional warranty -- I returned the control board with a letter explaining what happened. I received a refund without any problems. Quick delivery, great, responsive communication, and really good people. There's a reason this company is so highly rated. We recently purchased a control board for our Whirlpool stove from Apex Used Appliance Control Boards and we are so glad we did! We had planned to send our bad one to be repaired by another company but we saved over 140$ buying this one. The packaging was excellent and arrived very quickly.
