Had a great experience with Victor at Arizona Appliance & Home. A couple of days after I submitted a quote request online, Victor gave me a call to answer some questions I had about a sale they were running and a specific dishwasher I was interested in. The price was almost $100 less than what I found at several other appliance stores around the Phoenix area, so I definitely wanted to learn more. Victor was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the product and current inventory. When I called back the next day to see if the dishwasher was still available, he actually remembered our previous conversation and was able to get the work order started right away. When I arrived at the store, Victor happened to be at lunch. Fortunately, he walked in just a few minutes later and immediately jumped in to help, even setting his lunch aside to make sure we were taken care of. That level of customer service really stood out to me. The entire process was quick, easy, and professional. Victor made the purchase simple, answered all of our questions, and clearly knows the products and business well. If you're shopping for appliances, I highly recommend Arizona Appliance & Home. Amazing experience! If you go, ask for Victor he’s incredibly knowledgeable about appliance specs and truly understands customer needs. I purchased a washer and dryer at a great discount. The minor issues (a small dent and a return status) were exactly as Victor described, and I was still able to register them for the warranty. My old GE Profile over the range microwave failed Monday after Thanksgiving (too many reheat cycles, I guess) following 14 years of service with no issues. So, I told my wife, “no problem I will go get another one right away”. Well, that was easier said than done. After 4 hours on the phone looking for the appliance, No one, locally or nationwide had the GE Profile in stock for quick delivery. The earliest I found was for delivery after the Holidays. Not OK!!! My last call went to Arizona Appliance and Home where I had the pleasure of talking with Mr. Victor Lopez at the Phoenix location. He indicated having a GE Cafe unit (upgrade from Profile) brand new in an unopened box at a great Black Friday Discount and ready to be picked up. I immediately jumped on that, purchased the unit over the phone and picked it up from Victor the next day at the Phoenix warehouse. He even loaded the unit into my truck himself. The entire experience was outstanding and I highly recommend Arizona Appliance and Home to my family and friends. I will be buying the Cafe double ovens from Victor in the near future to match the microwave oven. By the way, I installed the unit myself. It was a breeze since the Profile and Cafe measurement requirements for the cabinet are equivalent.
