I have purchased probably $100,000 worth of appliances over the last 15 years from best home Appliance. I don’t even shop anymore and have it for a long time. Their Services second to none! The sales people are easy to deal with and very informative and the folks that come to your home and install the items are so amazing. I swear they could do what they do in their sleep.

I stopped by in search of something that is somewhat rare nowadays: a dishwasher that is actually well-made and not stuffed full of useless "smart" features. Randy talked with me for half an hour, answering all my questions and recommending different options based on what I said I wanted or didn't want. I was especially impressed with Randy's knowledge of his field and his transparency; he tried to steer me toward the right dishwasher and not just the most expensive one or the most popular one. I finally settled on a mid-range Bosch at a reasonable price. It was delivered on time and installed correctly, and although I've only used it once, it seems to be a good fit for my needs. I really appreciate Randy's customer service, and I will be back the next time I need a new appliance!

I shopped around after AI helped me select the optimal refrigerator for our home. Not many places carried my specific model and they were all just about the same price. I called Best home Appliances and got a price about $300 lower than the others. They delivered and installed our new fridge and tool away the old one. The team that did the actual work were friendly, professional, and efficient. Within minutes I was reloading our new fridge. I recommend this business without restraint.

I recently went to one of the other well known larger TV and appliance chains (on account of convenience from their later hours) and I was left with a headache as only half of my order was delivered. Furthermore the store had no clue as to where the remainder of my delivery had gone or even if it had been received from the distributor). When I called to inquire why only half of my order was delivered I was told that nobody at the store could help me and to wait for the salesman to call me back. I had already paid in full for the product and yet I was having to track down why my deliver was wrong. A mistake I won’t make again. I’ve been a customer of Best Home for more than 20 years. Terry, Alan and Randy are knowledgeable and can answer any and all questions I’ve had with regards to my appliance needs. When I called Best Home, Terry was able to answer any questions/concerns I had. Equally impressive he would not accept any payment until my appliances were delivered to the store despite my insistence. And when only 1 of my 2 subzeros were shipped to the store Terry notified me of the situation and had already been in touch with the distributor to ensure this would not impact my build project. Make no mistake, this is not a hole in the wall appliance store. Best home has been able to locate any and everything I’ve asked them for from my Meile dishwasher, subzero refrigerators, Evo flat top griddle etc. Thank you Terry and the staff at Best Home Appliances as ur knowledge and professionalism is much appreciated. My sales person was great, getting me the best price on my new Kitchenaid appliances. He helped me weed through all the things available to get to what I actually needed/wanted. The delivery/installation people were great. Came in a timely manner. Gave me a call first thing in the morning to give me a window of time so we didn't have to stay home all day and wait. Gave me a call to let me know when they were within an hour of my home. Were careful installing my appliances, came with all necessary hook-up's, were polite, clean, and efficient. This is a nice company to do business with.
