Beyer Appliance Service was given to us from our Home Warranty Company and we could’t have been more pleased with the service we received. Chris was our service tech and what a top-notch professional person; on time, listened to us, serviced our dishwasher and explained in detailed “next steps”. I was pleasantly surprised when I called the office and someone answered the phone, no eternal hold business and when asked to speak with the person handling our claim, (Angelica), it wasn’t the 20 questions or let me take a message, I was transferred immediately to them and a couple times she was in a meeting and would call me back, and unlike so many other places, I got an actual call back. Very very impressive customer service by Angelica, she worked directly with our Warranty Company anytime I had a question or explained “what was next”. Once we got our new dishwasher, Angelica contacted me to confirm all was set and she could close our claim. Customer service was up and above with both, Chris and Angelica and it was greatly appreciated, 5 stars for sure. THANK YOU for outstanding customer service and satisfaction !

Twice I have purchased for my landlord equipment from Bayer appliances. The first one was a stack that I was able to get an ice trade in on my one that didn't work and it's been working just fine. Shy a little quirks that have been honored in their 6-month warranty The second machine it's a side loader that we purchase and I'll be it. At first there was a few little mishabs but Mr. Beyer personally oversaw the situation and corrected it. Leaving us with a two machines that are working today just fine and a warranty on the other one for 6 months. I know my property owner is very happy. I know that I am happy that he was able to resolve any of my issues. So if you ever need a good appliance folks that's not going to break the budget, that'll give you a limited warranty. Simply WOW! Not only did I receive fast, competent, professional, and amazing support - but the team at Beyer CARED! I had a part that was still within warranty by the manufacture, and they showed no hesitation to support me through the process of getting the manufacturer to standby their product. They could’ve elected to charge an arm and a leg for this repair, but stood on business to ensure that I would be a return customer. There were so many people that work to make this process smooth, but Jenifer stands out to me and I will always be a BEYER customer! Wow.

Ryan came out to check out my fridge and we had a great experience with him! He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Explained everything as clearly as possible. Setting up our appointment was a breeze and their customer service is exceptional! I went through my home warranty this time but I just KNOW that going forward I will be doing all my repairs through Beyer!

Really appreciate the great customer service from Fallon the dispatcher. She helped me out with a few questions I had and also the tech Kevin that came to my home for my dryer repair very professional and explained the issues with my dryer and parts that needed to be ordered. I've hade bad experiences before with other businesses were people don't seem to care about the customers. but with these great individuals working for Beyer appliance is what gives the business a great reputation.
