Was very friendly & nice at first willing to help & thought was a wonderful Christian man, but as soon as we had an issue in our (45) day window, he became a new man & not so nice I (warranty) is a warranty at all we are having to pay for whatever the issue is & have no dryer & we leave on vacation in 2 days & we have no idea when we will get it back or how much we are going to have to pay which is redicuous because it's under "warranty" still 🙄 there is no warranty here.

Alex was very unsociable and was late for every appointment. We purchased a refrigerator and paid extra for delivery and when he arrived he told me he was supposed to charge us extra for 3 steps and we should live in a real house. However we were never asked about steps. He said he would deliver in the morning and implied around 9am. Finally around 12:30 he came. Then came without straps to carry the fridge inside so we waited another 45min. The same night the fridge stopped working and when we woke we had lost all of our food. We called at 7am, 8 and 9. He said he would come right over around 9. At 9:45 he showed up. Said it was broken. I asked for a replacement fridge of the exact same thing. He brought another one at 2:15 with 2 broken drawers and a broken freezer handle. We were left with all rotten food and trash for a refrigerator and someone that will not take my calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN EVER!!! I have never been treated so badly before for no reason in my entire life. All I wanted was a refrigerator this week and all I got was TAKEN by Swindler!!!!
