We purchased a freezer from this place because the sales person told us it was a freezer. When it was delivered, we found out that it was actually a fridge. We called and stoped by the store to figure out what’s going on and it took 2-3 calls for the owner to get back to us. she admitted that it was in fact a fridge not a freezer that she sold us and asked if we would be ok waiting for a thermostat to convert into a freezer. We agreed. But then she didn’t get back to us for about two weeks and I followed up multiple times. She finally called us and said a technician would be coming over on a Tuesday to change out the part. Then come Tuesdays the tech never showed up and we called the store again, she then informed us that the part was not available and at this point, she will schedule to come pick up the fridge and issued a refund. We agreed. Then this is where it went from bad to worse, they came and picked up the fridge which I took picture and videos to prove that it was picked up. The store never called us to issue a refund. So we called them and the lady told us that she could not find our transaction in their report (are you serious?). We told her that it was paid over the phone and she said they would never take payments over the phone, which is a lie because our credit card got charged. After that, the store owner went MIA. THEY NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS after that. We have filed with the credit card company and will let the credit card company deal with this store’s shadiness. But just want to let buyers be aware. If you want to purchase something from the store, be prepared for unresponsiveness and use credit card if you can. At least you can get your money back from that.
