I needed a simple, affordable refrigerator…AND THEY WERE PLAYING “MONEY FOR NOTHING” BY THE DIRE STRAITS INSIDE! 🤣 (“We’ve got to move these refrigerators…”) Seriously, if you need a sign from the universe that says “Buy your refrigerator here!”, that song playing was it. Jim gave me a great deal on a “B” rated GE stainless steel 19.2 cu ft. He even spent 20 minutes looking around the warehouse to find the two in stock buried in the back. Then he and Dan helped load it into my truck. My gut feeling told me this place would be a winning location, and Jim and the Dire Straits confirmed my intuition! If you are looking for a good deal, they are very competitive on price! And you can sometimes get discounts on last year’s model or inventory with slight imperfections. If you’re looking for workable solutions, I highly recommend this place for appliances!

Had to replace a 13 year-old washing machine and was referred to Mesa TV & Appliance. Not only did they give me a great deal on my new washing machine, but the service from start to finish was fantastic! I called them on a Tuesday afternoon and drove from South Chandler all the way to Mesa to take a look at the machine I was interested in. Purchased the machine and had it delivered on Thursday. Customer service was fantastic at both the store and with the delivery/installation team. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I would go back here anytime I need an appliance in the future! Thank you!!!

The persons making the refrigerator delivery called prior to arriving, verifying the exact address, doing so helped in verifying me being at home and my exact location. The delivery went very smooth. The old unit was promptly removed and the new unit brought in. Great care was taken in not marking or damaging the carpet. The new unit was installed and after I was given directives on how to get the new refrigerator going. I would like to express my gratitude to both persons making the delivery/removal and installation. They represented themselves and the company very well, as the PROFESSIONAL that they are, from the moment of arrival. I strongly recommend that praises go out to them both for a job well done.
