My first experience with Spencer's was a breeze. Everything went smoothly. Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with my specific needs. Delivery of the new washer and pickup of old unit (at a very reasonable cost) by George and his assistant, was on time and efficient with great communication both from the appointment setter and for the actual delivery. Plus, they were both friendly, polite, and didn't leave a mess. The 2-hour delivery window was awesome, unlike some companies that keep you waiting longer. Being on a budget, I appreciate that the price was less than any competitor I have found around town. In the future I will definitely look to Spencer's first and will gladly recommend them! Thanks!

Our new refrigerator was delivered when promised! The delivery team were friendly and respectful and did a great job. This was definitely not an easy delivery due to space restrictions in our kitchen. It's beautiful and I love it. Thank you, Spencer's!

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out appliances for our condo. The delivery and installation crew were great and reviewed everything with us. We love our new stove, microwave, and dishwasher.

Our delivery guy Aaron was great, super friendly and efficient. We had to get a 2nd machine installed as the first had a problem with draining. Our sales rep Dar, took care of the problem without hesitation, and provided great communication throughout. Will definitely use Spencer’s again, as they took care of us.
