This place is amazing. My fridge went down and I bought a beautiful fridge from them that they delivered. I got the exact kind of fridge I wanted for a fraction of what new would have cost. And we all know new stuff doesn't last like it used to. Plus, a fridge is like a car, the second you drive it off the lot it's worth so much less. I don't think I've ever bought a new fridge and I've saved thousands. Anyway, the fridge I bought is awesome. It was spotlessly clean and no weird freezer smell. It was obviously well cleaned and refurbished before resell. And the best part, their customer service has been above and beyond. They were even patient with me when I wouldn't listen to them (the threat of losing $500 worth of food makes a person irrational). When they say it CAN take 24 hours for the unit to come down to temp after delivery, it really can, even if you've never seen that happen before. They were all so patient with the situation. This speaks volumes to me. They offer a 1 year warranty and now I am confident that if something actually does go wrong, they will absolutely stand behind their work. Peace of mind is worth it's weight in gold. Thank you so much!!!!
