Great repair work! Would of given 5 stars, but I was given a price over the phone. Then they called back 10min later and said they made a mistake, and the price was lower. (Which was great) But when I went to pay the bill. The price had changed again. I had brought what they had told me over the phone in cash because they charge a 3% card fee. So I had to drive back to the bank to get more cash. The repair work is great, book keeping not so much.

With Renee's professional advice and suggestions on models, I purchased a new washer and dryer from Andy's Appliance Service, which were installed today. After two loads of laundry, I am very happy with my choice. I don't mean to sound like a laundry commercial, but I can see how much cleaner my laundry is now and I'm sure my neighbors appreciate not hearing my washer anymore. Thank you, Speed Queen. I'm grateful for your product and that you still have some appliances available with a minimum amount of electronics and simple settings. Five stars for the product.
