Quality appliance has been in our house for over 16 years. The previous owners bought from them. Then we have, recently, purchased all new kitchen appliances from them. From Nan in the store and the installers, Marc and Cody, even the electrician, Bill, they all have provided excellent service and professionalism! Thank you, a satisfied customer!

The customer service at this store is top-notch. Nan consistently went above and beyond to respond to us, and was wonderful to work with. The installers were also very nice and competent. We have bought multiple appliances from them and will always go there first when we need something new. They provide far superior service to any big box store.

I love supporting local, small businesses especially when they exceed my expectations and these folks did just that. We bought a Speed Queen washer/dryer which also impressed. From the sales person to the delivery/installers everyone was just super to deal with. I highly recommend Quality Appliance if your in the market for a new appliance. I look forward to our next purchase in the near future. Thank you Nanette. Well, I moved forward with my next purchase and once again Quality Appliance came through for us. After waiting six months for the local big Box store to deliver Our cooktop we finally gave up And turned to Nan at Maytag. She and her friendly staff went out of their way for us. Three weeks later we had our cooktop. I opted to install it myself And they helped me get it up and running in no time. Maytag is a local business that remembers your name and understands the meaning of customer service.
