Eric is our go to guy. We had many appliance issues with our motorhome this past winter and Eric was always quick to respond. He knows the rv industry, he knows the suppliers and he knows how to fix or replace anything rv related. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. We would give him 10 stars if we could. 😊

You know, I have called Eric twice. The first time I didn't end up needing him which we found out after he showed up. He didn't charge me for that trip but did answer the many questions that a first time RV'er has. I called him the second time on a problem with no power to my thermostats. On the phone he walked me through multiple troubleshooting steps. In the end my discussion with him helped me solve my problem. I don't know about you, but the repair guy that I want to have fix my stuff is the repair guy that is not just interested in making a buck (or a thousand). For sure when when the next thing breaks down, and it will, I will be calling Eric. Hopefully he'll get to earn some money for a change.
