Our dryer died Saturday night of this past holiday weekend. I had a mountain of laundry I needed to get done before Wednesday. I called yesterday to see about next day delivery on a new set of washer and dryers. I didn't get the name of the person who answered the phone, but they said that although they do next day delivery, they were completely full for Monday due to closure the 4th of July holiday. I even asked if that was going to be the case for all stores or just the Scottsdale road one. The person replied all locations. After hanging up feeling a bit defeated and going to move on to Home Depot, my husband suggested I call back and ask if it would be possible to get an early Tuesday appointment, so I could still get what we needed done before it was too late. (We've pretty much always done Spencer's for our appliances, but we were just in a real time crunch.) I called back, and this time Shawn answered. I repeated my situation and was about to ask about Tuesday morning when he replied, "I can get it delivered tomorrow". Well let me tell you, Shawn is a man of his word. He called me back 5 minutes later with models and prices of what he had that he could get delivered Monday. He then gave us the time to call him back again after we looked them up and confirmed we were happy with the choice and the price. 10 minutes later, we had completed the sale and were done with the phone call. Per his word, I got my text this morning from Jenny with our delivery window. Sergio was our delivery driver (with another helper whose name I didn't catch), and after timely communication from Jenny regarding his arrival, Sergio arrived exactly when Jenny said he would. Sergio was exactly what you would want a delivery person and installer to be. He was polite, communicative, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. He even gave me the time to clean out under the old washer and dryer before hooking up the new ones and running a test load. I am now back on track and doing the laundry I had hoped to do today. The new machines are beautiful and so far fabulous. Thank you Shawn and Spencer's. *edited for typos

Fantastic Experience from Showroom to Delivery! We had an absolutely seamless experience shopping at Spencer’s TV & Appliance in Scottsdale. We went into the showroom yesterday evening looking for a new side-by-side front-load washer and dryer. Our salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable, didn't pressure us at all, and expertly guided us through the latest features to help us find exactly what we needed. We ended up purchasing an Electrolux set with the SmartBoost technology, and to our amazement, it was delivered and installed today—less than 24 hours later! The delivery team was fast, professional, and took great care of our home. Spencers is an amazing company! Keith was amazing as our sales consultant. His knowledge of features and alternatives were extremely helpful! He made the decisions easy. Prices were very competitive with the big box stores, but the service far exceeded anything we have ever experienced from those stores! And, the delivery process of our new washer and dryer was tremendous! They were very careful and took the time to set up the machines correctly! Highly recommend Spencers for all your appliance needs!!!!

Started out as a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this is our first time buying anything major from Spencer's and we were glad we went to the scottsdale location. They had the color and set my lady and her family wanted at a great price. Best deal for the whole kitchen set by far. . 2 days later they delivered the whole set on time too. Even the drivers and installers who I have to call out Joel and Riggo,did great work except for one scare while bringing in the fridge . I offered to take the front door off. Dishwasher, microwave, stove all easily fit thru and J&R were making fast work of it. While tilting the fridge thru the door the fridge came off dolly and had to be tilted funny to get thru. The sound of the fridge teetering off dolly made me sick but looked around the outside and whew no dents or scratches. We waited 48hours to start to put anything in fridge or freezer while we registered products and warranties. No issues Very clean install or so we thought. When We went to put food in freezer we noticed a narly dent in the inside of freezer towards the bottom at a weird angle. Not something u could do from dropping food and not with doors closed. Thats is when my.heart sank as I got down to inspect I took the guard off the bottom and underneath u definitely see the metal dented in and the crack inside has been growing every day. We called immediately and explained to them that we noticed a dent and a Crack in the freezer. First they instanly blamed us for dropping something and why did it take us a few days to report it. We checkd the outside and didnt put anyrhing inside for a few days like the manuals said. I felt horrible i knew this happened during the akward delivery thru the front door. The doors came open a bit when tilted and leaned in . I checked the opening of my front door. No doubt fresh gouge and deep crack scratch ( no rust or dirt) i even measured the gouge from the wall and then compared to the crack in freezer. Stevie Wonder could see the two spots lined up exactly. They said they don't cover damage from install. I added pics of the crack in fridge and dent under. They sent someone out who confirmed it blatantly ,there is no doubt the freezer.was damaged during the delivery . So now what . A billion sold Spencers dream kitchen upgrade for my lady from her amazing parents is now tainted and getting worse. With irrefutable evidence and their own guy agreeing you think they would exchange out the freezer\fridge and put this one in the dented clearance section but we didn't buy scratch and dented. I am.shocked that a buisness would turn their back and completely leave us with their delivery and installers damage and cowardly not cover their damaged items. The damage happend before we ever touched the product and before it was fully in our house. My ladies parents are about to upgrade their already beautiful kitchen with full appliances and u can guarantee they will not be going to Spencer's. A billion sold and u can't replace a damaged freezer that your employees caused. What would you do if u just spent $$$$$$ and the main appliance is damaged? My advice to Spencer's is give my girl .and her family a new fridge it will definitely be cheaper then every single potential buyer who comes over getting shown and told the same story yeah they look nice but can u believe they ..... The owners are in real estate and are great people with alot of successful friends who I can assure u wil never shop at Spencer's. You still have a chance to do the right amd salvage this deal and any future deals aswell. Your guys who are responsible for delivery and installation messed up it happens , delivery and installation are huge selling points in the sales process in the showroom. The sale constituted the delivery and installation of undamaged appliances. You failed on your end if the deal. Shame on you Spencer's.
