Our experience at Ferguson's has been 5 star all the way. The staff - in person or on the phone - was helpful and personable - and our salesperson, Lindsey Peterson, was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable, knowing exactly what questions to ask and how to listen in order to gain specific information. Leonard was, on a 1-10 scale, a 20! Amazingly knowledgeable, efficient, honest and intuitive. In about 1.25 hours we were able to pick out all our hardware for a townhome we are remodeling. He knows his stuff! I recommend him to anyone who. He was a reliably steady hand to navigate the complexities of choosing bathroom hardware. He knows the world of hardware, and is honest about when you want A brand like Kohler vs when you don’t. Very transparent. A very likable, relatable guy.

Lindsey and Ferguson are a breath of fresh air. After a miserable experience with another appliance retailer (Arizona Appliance & Home) Ferguson was just the opposite. They did what they said they would do (simple I know - but hard to find lately). Communicated every step of the way. Delivered on time. I highly recommend Ferguson. They are knowledgeable, have a great showroom with a good amount of options and an even larger selection on their user friendly app. Customer service is great. Kendrick was our rep and he offered great support and advice in choosing all the appliances for our kitchen and some bathroom fixtures. Very accommodating to our needs. Delivery went quick, smooth and everyone was very professional and efficient. Very happy with this company. Very happy customer.
