Very nice & professional! I can text & they text back asap! They are truthful if they are out of something & will do their best to order it or go out their way to get one from another location in another city with no extra charge. They NEVER give you anything broken! They care what the customer wants & gets! I have done business with them for a few years & I will continue to.

I just want to share how grateful I am for the amazing team at Rent One on Nettleton. When my husband was on FMLA after I had my daughter and with everything we were dealing with, including the NICU they truly went above and beyond for us. They helped me get everything on my account sorted out quickly and with zero stress, which meant so much during such a difficult and overwhelming time. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to work with us made all the difference. Honestly, the team here is a blessing. They are the number one reason I was able to stay stress-free about bills, and I appreciate them more than they know. Highly recommend this location and the wonderful people who work here.

I would not recommend this place. They are nice when they are wanting you to buy something. If you do agree to buy make sure you have a solid foundation with the other person if you have someone leasing with you. They will let the other person come up and buy whatever and then tell them to sign your name to it and then lie about it later. If you are behind they will not give you a chance to call them back, they are eager to spread your business to everyone on your contact list that you gave them. Then they will lie about what time that they called people. I am through with this place. But if dealing with ruthless people appeals to you, then by all means buy. You have been warned!
