no show. came for original appt, then scheduled the repair for a couple days later. then i get a phone call saying my appointment was rescheduled for a week later. i take off work early, come home and wait. no one. no phone call. after waiting 90min i called them and they said they wouldn't be coming today and that they would come two days later. they tried to justify it by saying someone was sick and claiming that i said they could come any mon, wed or friday. i did say that but only when i scheduled the visit which was scheduled for today at 4, basically i've had two appointment scheduled with 2 no shows. disappointed.
