What else is there to say? I've had 2 occasions to call them in the last few years. They came out quickly, fixed the problem, reasonable price. Definitely would recommend.

Have had a good reliable and informed service from Mr. Appliance of Fayetteville. Had two parts fail on a Frigidaire Pro oven. Was able to resolve the issue.

If I could give negative stars, I would. They could have asked SIMPLE (so simple) questions ON THE PHONE that would have saved us a ton of money with no good resolution and their business from a horrible review. Had they TOLD US on the phone that WE would have to remove the appliance ourselves (we are old), we could have told them that WE couldn’t do that, saving us from spending money on the service call and from them making a wasted trip. I would not recommend this company to anyone. -Deceptive practices ( who in the name of all that is holy would think the customer has to move the appliance??? It was professionally installed approximately 3years ago.). -Lack of communication. -No resolution. If you needed a sign not to use them- here it is.
