I had an excellent experience buying appliances at the Rogers Tuckers for a new build in Siloam Springs. In addition to the positive buying experience, I can also attest to excellent customer service a few weeks later when I had to make a small change to my order. Seth is who helped me, but it seems that all the sales reps at Tuckers go above and beyond.

Bought a dishwasher today. Haven’t bought a new one in 15 years. Asked everyone at the store, EVERYONE, if everything needed to install was included. EVERYONE said “it’s all inside”. Everything except a water line and electrical cord was in there. I guess they didn’t think we would need water or electric to run it. Won’t ever go back. They obviously don’t know what they are doing.

Kody and Carlos were amazing and went above and beyond to make our delivery easy and quick. Although we had some damper issues with our refrigerator initially, the people at Tucker worked with us to make it right, which we appreciated. Also appreciate both of the Josh W.s and Kathryn for attention to detail and great service!

I purchased a Frigidaire Professional refrigerator from a local appliance store (not Tuckers) back in March 2024. Today (saturday) the refrigerator died. I walk into Tuckers and spoke with Deon (sp?) in sales and we found a great deal on a 27cf refrigerator. They were able to deliver it today, the sane day by 3pm. So glad we did not have to waste food that would have spoiled. So grateful to Tucker’s for their friendly and amazing customer service. Even the delivery drivers were so nice and friendly. Professionalism all the way around. Thank you so much. Definitely a customer for life. Alfred
