I went in to look at a used dryer and they look like they came from a dump some with no handles and rust $349 before tax.You will find better on market place for $100 to high.

I was sold a washer at price and did it on payment plans. Went and got a truck to get it and when they moved it out it was dented up bad on the side they had hidden. I asked about it and they said it was out of there hands and up to the financial people. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because there rude and as I tried to help lead it i was hit with the washer. No I'm sorry or u ok or anything just walked away.

My husband called on Saturday for information about what was in stock, as we needed to buy a new dryer. When informed that he can't come in to browse because he's waiting for a transplant (he has no immune system), the woman who answered the phone laughed, said, "Yeah, sure you are", and refused to provide him with any sort of information. We were appalled by the utter lack of common decency. I reached out on Saturday to address the situation with someone in management and have yet to receive a response. Just disgraceful all the way around. Another business in the community who heard what happened with this place stepped in to assist and got our business instead. Update: Despite what the business has replied here, it was in fact their business. And I have tried to reach out twice now to address this issue. As of yet, no one has contacted me directly.

Called ahead at ask about a dryer because I'm waiting for a transplant and can't shop like normal. The woman who answered the phone refused to help and laughed when I informed her that I need a transplant and can't just come in and browse. Incredibly rude behavior.
