Have a 2 year old Samsung TV that suddenly stopped powering up recently. I had initially called around for a few quotes. For the same price that other places were charging just to send a technician to my home to just do the initial assessment, they came to my home to take a look, took the TV and brought it back to their store for repair, and also brought it back to me after they had fixed the issue. They're not owned or run by a large corporation and it really shows in their friendly and down to earth service. Sam and Aldo were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process.
