Was quoted time 1-4 waited all day they didn’t come till almost 6 been going to a1 over 15 years worst experience ever they wanted to charge me almost 400 dollars for fixing my dryer they fixed last year for 180 I can buy new dryer for 400 when I asked why they said for labor idk if I was paying overtime since they came after 5 or what I refused to pay that much and the worker told me buy the parts n he will give me his number he will come back n do cheaper seems like some kinda scam. Then I had pay 100 just for them to be 2 hours late n stay 5 minits so horrible I will never go there again n I been customer since they were first starting up across street in lil broken shop never again n I will make sure my family n friends do. Not either

I would not use this company they used to be good a long time ago. I gave the lady serial number model and brand. They came a week later and tell me they can't get the part and I will have to pay 93.00 for service call and it's more if you use your card, when I asked her why didn't you call me before you came to house to tell me you can't get the part. She tells me oh you didn't give me the serial and model and I told her yes I did. What a rip off. She could of just said can't get the part but we can use this part and let the customer decide. Beware call them and ask if they have your part before they come to your house and rip you off. One of the guys outside told my husband he would come back on his time and put part in for 60 dollars, these guys try their best to get your money no matter what. Other guy wanted me to go buy a dryer from them. Told him no im using mine till it no longer works and ill just use the timer on my oven. After 3 phone calls she gave my money back.

I had a great experience with A-1 Appliance. They provided prompt service. I expected to be informed I needed a new refrigerator but was pleasantly surprised when I was told I just needed a new panel. They also repaired a second refrigerator in the garage for a reasonable fee. I was called by the owner, Miriam, today to come get a refund because they ended up not having to replace a part. I was not expecting that but very honest & hardworking repairmen & business owner. Support our local businesses. I would recommend them in the future.
