After learning of Monark Concord from a neighbor , I thought I’d give it a try for my personal use. The experience couldn’t be easier ! We have dealt with Jay Vargas a couple of times. Jay has helped us choose the best options for our kitchen appliances when we renovated our kitchen. He was very detailed and knowledgeable about the appliances. And recently, found us a washer and dryer for my business and I couldn’t be more satisfied of what he sold me. He is very easy to deal with and we are definitely going back to him next time we need help finding appliances.

I made a number of calls to different stores. Advice given by some of the people I talked to was some variation of “just pick the one you like the looks of”. I was so happy to make contact with salesman Jay Vargas, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As well, we had some specific issues to work through in replacing our range so as to minimize other work needed. Jay helped to come up with creative solutions. We are very satisfied, and will be back again next time we need to make a purchase.
