KWS KitchenWare Station

After years of purchasing cheap bone saws, of which I have 4 now... This is absolute worth the price I paid!! We use the saw every morning cutting up frozen beef for our Cane Corso pack... Most recently we had 29 puppies that were eating 60 pounds of beef a day! Plus the rest of my dogs also eat an additional 30 pounds a day... I am So Happy I went with KWS for my slicer (MS-12 DS) I was looking at a few other brands. All were 10", low watts. I found one 12" slicer, also low watts, kinda looked like a toy, and cost more! I ordered on 9/9, and it was delivered today 9/10...unreal!! I haven't used it yet but it is a Beast! I'm not a slicer expert, I have used a few in the past! This one is solid! I definitely will look at KWS, for any other kitchen supplies I'll need!

I purchased a TC-8 Meat grinder and one of the grinder plates was not in the box. I contacted them and within a minute I was talking to customer service in a chat and after providing an order number they confirmed my mailing address and email and phone and sent an email confirming the conversation that said they will send one with tracking information when it is shipped. It was an incredibly fast response. I suppose it is a bit disappointing that one grinder was missing but I did get the grinder faster than stated when ordering and it is in great shape so I guess if I was in an immediate need to stuff some sausage that might be more of an issue but everything I received was packaged well with not stains or rust on blades or grinder plates so a few more days wait which was when it was supposed to arrive is an issue but for me no reason to give less than 5 stars.
