Carmel Vacuum & Appliances

We were searching for a vacuum to handle our household with pets. We had several friends recommend Miele's. I had never heard if them and searched the local big box stores and found none available. Carmel vacuum showed up in the search. It was 10pm on a Friday night and I sent a message on the messenger on the web site not expecting an answer until opening on Saturday. But promptly I received a response back that they had in stock! Even better lower pricing in the store. When we arrived we found a big selection of vacuums. Tom took the time to explain all the differences. It made our decision easy and we got a great price. I love to support local businesses and this will be a store we will shop at again.

I love Carmel Vacuum and Appliance where I always get old fashioned service by someone who cares. Tom fixed my wand on my Miele Vacuum that was difficult to take apart. Wow - why did I wait so long. I bring in my knives for sharpening - fabulous. Buy my laundry products here. Once, I had a problem with the Miele softener, Tom took it back and exchange it. No fuss or muss. Just great people to deal with. So highly recommend. If you have lamps or small appliances, Tom repairs them too.
