Our window AC unit is having some problems. Although they do not work on window AC units, the gentleman on the phone was very friendly, provided excellent customer service, and was still able to help us as we described what was going on with our unit. We have a one month old and it’s summer time, but thankfully it’s a rainy day in Redding. If I ever need an appliance repaired I will call here. Thank you so much!

Tom’s customer service was appreciated. After calling several places Tom actually returned my call and then got a serviceman over to do my gas to propane conversion. Job done and I was more than satisfied!!

The receptionist was curt and condescending. When I had explained I needed to contact someone to help sit and wait during the 4 hour window she was incredibly non accommodating to allow me the time to make some calls so I could pick my children up from school. She demanded a number of which I hadn’t figured out who would help me and wouldn’t give me the time to make the accommodations. With a family of 7 and a washer already out 2 weeks. This is truly disappointing. Beacon appliance has ALWAYS been very accommodating and patient. I will never use another company again. I understand other repairs are being made and there are other clients to squeeze in. Not my quarry. The lack of flexibility to just make it happen was very unprofessional the receptionist was very unprofessional and lacked compatibility to discern natural life situations.
