V & L Appliance Svc

Called on Monday and they were able to come out Wednesday to fix our washer which needed a new drain pump. The Technician (Mike) was very professional and knowledgeable. He didn’t have the right pump available in his truck but was able to call someone he knew that had one, so he ran out quickly, picked up the pump, returned and fixed our washer in just over one hours time. That’s pretty impressive when dealing with a stackable washer/dryer, moving it out of a tight fitting spot, tearing it down, replacing the pump, then putting it all back together again and put back in place. We have used V&L for years now for various appliance repairs and have never had any issues with them, they are reliable, and we are very pleased with their service. We highly recommend them.

I saw a few negative reviews and just wondered if this is a case of mistaken identity. I have never had anything but good luck with V and L appliance. Mike is responsive and does a great job. He’s willing to go the extra mile to find solutions and always lets us know what the cost of the repairs will be so we can decide if it’s worth it.

My fridge quit cooking, called around to almost all the repair places in town. Their schedules were all full, which is understandable. Left a message with V&L and Mike called back about an hour later. Said he could come look at the end of the day. We had a broken solder joint on the main board. Quick solder repair and the fridge works great. Very pleased. Thanks Mike

I was going through the home depot repair service and V&L was the repair service. I can still say 4 Months later my Washer is still broken. I call for updates to the status of my Washer parts and got no response. Then I got Home Depot to call and they didn't get a response from V&L either. Just over all Not Professional and Not Responsive. I do not recommend if you want a repair done. Or just to get updates on a months old repair.
