I purchased a new dishwasher from Daisy and Peter at I&D Appliance, and they handled the installation. Unfortunately, within a week the dishwasher stopped draining properly. I made several attempts to have them come back and address the issue. Peter missed one scheduled appointment, and another appointment was changed. After raising my concerns about the lack of follow-up and service, I received no response at all. I have purchased other appliances from them in the past, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. When a customer buys a brand-new appliance and uses the installer recommended by the store, basic follow-through and service should be expected. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

We are so happy we came to I&D Appliances after being referred by our mother, who previously bought her Speed Queens here. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and exceptional customer service. We needed a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and washer and dryer, and microwave, the owners went above and beyond to help us find the best options within our budget. Not only did they take the time to answer all of our questions, but they also worked with us to get the absolute best price, we were quoted $1,500 more at a chain appliance store! The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Delivery was just as impressive, the young men who delivered our appliances were prompt, professional, and extremely careful in handling everything. They treated our home with respect and made sure each appliance was placed perfectly. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely care for its customers the way I&D Appliances does. We are beyond grateful for their honesty, great prices, and outstanding service. Highly recommend to anyone in need of appliances, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you so much, I&D!

I placed the order, and the next day it was in my Kitchen. Daisy was very nice, informative, and gets back to you in a timely manner. She was in touch with updates of delivery of my refrigerator. Unfortunate to VERY fortunate Unfortunately we had a power surge at our house and it knocked out our stove so we were forced to look for another Range. We came across I & D Appliance and this is where the fortunate part came. We messaged them about their GE Cafe range and Daisy was amazingly quick to respond and respond with any answers that I had questions for. I was driving far so I asked for as many detailed pictures as she could provide and she was quick to provide them. Our deal was so good we also got a new GE Cafe dishwasher for a great price! When I got there to inspect the items Roman was quick to show me around and explain the features. Once we agreed on a price, Roman and his team quickly gathered all the accessories, clean the range, packaged it and loaded it into my truck! Exceptional service. I was looking for the counter depth Samsung fridge with family hub and I checked everywhere and was finally about to settle with Costco but having to order it. Glad I waited and contacted I&D appliances because Daisy was so nice and patient and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at a great price! I didn’t have to shop anywhere else I literally got my stove , fridge, microwave, and dishwasher for my kitchen remodel all from Daisy and I&D appliances all because she wasn’t afraid to give me the best best price out there!! And with trust and confidence they delivered because I hadn’t even been to their store just found it online and paid a deposit to make sure I can get the items delivered.
