NAVI helped me with a dishwasher repair and I was genuinely pleased with how smoothly everything went. From answering their phones promptly and being conversational on the first call to text message management of return visits and a repair tech with great interpersonal skills who went above and beyond with a smile, NAVI stood out in every respect. My last appliance repair was through TeeVax and the experience could not have been more starkly different in terms of ease of contact, cost, and thoroughness of questions answered.

To the good: My dryer is fixed. To the bad: It took several weeks and the process was terrible. For starters, I made my initial appointment using the system on their website and then (only because I called the next day to follow up) I learned that the appointment didn't really exist. After that it was just a series of steps where I had to constantly call them to follow up and there was zero proactive communication on their part. It's been extremely frustrating.

We are so grateful and thankful to Todd from NAVI Appliance Repair who went *so* far above and beyond, and worked so hard on the Friday before Christmas. He came out the same day we called, took the (20 year old Maytag) dryer apart and correctly diagnosed the fault. Instead of scheduling another appointment to make the repair, he went back to the warehouse, got the part, and repaired our dryer the same day! This is just a level of service you do not expect in this day and age, when big companies are telling you they'll come out in two weeks, just to take a look. We were so impressed, we would highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them again.
