Purchased a new LG washer (WT8200CW) since our old one died on us (our 2nd GE washer). They only lasted 5 and 4 years. What a shame. Excellent service all the way around. Tons of selection, which you won't get at a lot of other stores (Home Depot/Lowes, Best Buy etc). Knowledgeable people. Apaulo was very nice and very informative. Delivery option was next day, but we were busy all day, so we opted for two days out. Something you won't get at those other stores. Delivery time was spot on! I like that a lot. Quick and easy delivery. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes! Only con was the washer was a little dirty after handling, but small minor niggle. Easy enough to clean. All in all, would definitely come back next time I need an appliance. Oh, and I like their new location in the Willows. Nice, easy parking.

It's all knock on wood and one day at a time. I am writing this after the clothes washer was delivered and installed. So far, excellent and 5 stars. Initially, I was drawn to a certain model due to a little research I did on the internet. During that research I found HomeWise to have the best price overall for the model I was interested in. I walked into the showroom and the sales person, T.J., was pleasant, professional, and real. Delivery and installation was super smooth from scheduling, to confirming, and to the completion of the installation. Life is life and crazy tends to be part of our daily lives, so I am always open to the unexpected. So far I am pleased 100% with this experience. Thank you T.J. and everyone else from HomeWise that I came into contact with on this transaction.

Homewise Appliance in Concord, Extremely Happy we drove the distance. The showroom/store is very clean and comforting. Right away we were greeted by Ken Usedom, one of the Showroom Consultants. Ken was Kind and very helpful. Our intentions were to purchase a refrigerator and let’s just say the Prices Are Right. We were told that we would get our refrigerator delivered the following day. That made me SO Happy. This morning we got a 20 minute call ahead, giving me time to clean out our refrigerator. Moses, our delivery guy was SO helpful and Kind. He definitely knew what he was doing. Our salesperson was Ken Usedom who helped us with picking out our appliance package that we were installing in our kitchen that was getting upgraded so we could sell our home. We picked out a very nice midline appliance package from General Electric. They had it all delivered and installed for us. There were a few hiccups with installation of the stove and the range hood, but they got solved. They have a really nice tracking software for their delivery times. Ken was very professional and was eager to help us out. I would recommend Airport Appliance to anyone. They soon we’ll be moving into their new showroom in Concord. Should have better parking in a place to eat while you’re deciding on what you wanna buy.
