Steve is extremely honest and knowledgeable about appliances.. We took in a washer that stopped working. Turns out the dial wasn't turned completely over.. He only charged us $20 for the service. We have since bought another affortable washer and a backup for our business. Highly recommend keeping it local and stopping by his establishment 1st..

Worst experience. Dropped our dryer off last Wednesday and finally got it today. All the last week the guy who fixes didn't show up for work and we had to call everyday to find out, finally got a call Monday that the motor was out and got the price quote. The guy on the phone couldn't give a accurate quote and kept asking what the sales tax was and said he was trying to figure it out on a calculator, he was finally able to give a rough estimate and we agreed to the work. The next day we went to pick up the dryer and everything seemed fine till we got it home and the handle to the dryer came off. There was no issue with the handle before, all that was wrong was the new motor. Everytime I have taken something here to get fixed it comes back with another issue, I normally take it back and just brush it off and get whatever the new thing is fixed but this is the third time I have taken a appliance to them for it to return with a new issue. I don't recommend this place at all and will not be returning.

We bought a Speed Queen Washer and another part to fix our aging dishwasher. Brand New Speed Queen works great but the dishwasher repair part did not fit. Went into the shop to explain that it dosent fit and the staff told me basically, too bad that’s all we could find. Didn’t offer to refund the item. When I mentioned I wish we would have just bought a new dishwasher, the employee told me, well not everyone can afford a $600 dishwasher. So I left and bought an $800 dishwasher from Home Depot. I’ll never return.
