Really great products, cool showroom, and helpful sales reps. Made a same-day purchase on an appliance for the first time thanks to this store! For a long time, I relied on a standard over-the-range microwave, but it just couldn't handle the heavy smoke and gas that comes with high-heat wok cooking. After hearing that Fotile appliances are specifically engineered for Asian-style cooking, I decided to visit their store and it was a wonderful experience. ​Walking into the showroom, all the products look sleek and high tech. They have a whole lineup of ranges and ovens that are a perfect fit for Asian cooking, even a range with a dedicated, high-power wok burner. Even if you aren't ready to buy yet, I would come here just to browse the unique items they have on display. ​The customer service was phenomenal. The salesperson was incredibly detailed, attentive, and helped me find the right fit. I knew very little about the Fotile brand, but the rep helped me understand everything I needed to make an informed purchase. They carefully went over my kitchen measurements to ensure the model I wanted would fit my space and actually meet my cooking needs. ​Another huge highlight was their in-store demo, which uses steam to show off the incredible power of their suction and filtration systems. Seeing it work in real-time completely sold me.

I recently installed a Fotile range hood, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the initial consultation and ordering process to the installation, everything went smoothly. The range hood looks sleek and modern, and the suction power is excellent. It significantly reduces cooking odors and smoke, making a huge difference in our kitchen, especially for Chinese cooking. The installation team was professional, punctual, and very helpful. They took the time to explain how to use and maintain the product after installation.

After years of using an inefficient microwave built-in range-hood, I finally decided to switch to Fotile. Their range-hood solved my problem of cooking foods that has of lots fumes causing grease builtup on my walls and ceilings. The high power suction make my cooking easier and cleaner. The replaceable filter allows houses like mine which do not have a direct vent to clean the oil and grease up easily. I got the JQG 7505-W, which is a great choice. With a motion sensor on the front you can activate with your hand and four different speeds. The range-hood handles the fumes perfectly and helps get rid of all the mess that I had to clean up when I used a microwave as the range-hood. The owner of the shop is also very friendly and recommended me the best options for my house. Their installing crew are also very professional, installing it in about only 30 minutes. They made sure everything was nice and clean after the installation, which lots of other installation crews do NOT do. Overall, my experience with Fotile was amazing and I do recommend.
