I had a wonderful experience with Airmaxx. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give them a try—and I'm so glad I did. The technician was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He listened to my concerns without making me feel pressured and even wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean, which I really appreciated. My AC system is about 20 years old and had started blowing warm air. I honestly thought I was going to need a whole new system, but I explained that replacing it just wasn't in my budget right now. The technician understood, carefully diagnosed the problem, and found that it was simply a faulty capacitor. After replacing the part, my AC was up and running perfectly again! I'm incredibly grateful that he was able to fix the issue instead of pushing me toward an expensive replacement. On installation day, Vladimir and Alex arrived 15 minutes early for their 8:00 AM appointment and began work right away. Great company to do business with. Alex, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. He took the time to review our estimates from other companies and saved us from overpaying for inferior and potentially code non complaint furnace and duct work. His crew arrived promptly, were professional, and efficient. The new heat pump, blower and duct work all work perfectly and we are so thankful for the service provided to us. The price was excellent compared to all other estimates. Highly recommend Airmaxx.
