Technician arrived as scheduled. Wearing company's uniform and ID. He actually moved and Inspected the unit, took pictures, and ran different tests to diagnose the malfunction or issue with the washer machine. At the end, he placed everything the way it was before and said that the insurance company will be receiving the information later on today. Technician was very professional.

He did a really good job the only thing I wish he had done was replace the freezer drawers because I had a heck of a time getting them back into the unit. Other than that he did fantastic.

Joshua proved to be very knowledgeable and he took the time to show and explain what was happening that caused my washer to throw fault codes. He was able to clear the code and explain what might happen in the future and what hardware would be needed.
