As a property manager, I’ve had a great experience working with Washtek. They provide and service the laundry machines in our community, and their responsiveness has been top notch. Whenever a resident reports an issue, their team is quick to resolve it, often within the same day. They’ve also been very helpful in walking residents through how to use the CyclePay app. It is clear they take pride in their service and it shows. Highly recommend them to any property owner or manager looking for a reliable laundry partner.

Our laundry has been using Washtek for a while now and this company is professional and acts fast(refund/service). They upgraded the laundry room with the CyclePay app. I can pay my loads from my phone, and this is so convenient! I recommend this company.

We have been using Washtek for our laundry service for many years now, and their service continues to get better every year! They now respond to service calls the same day we call them. As a property Manager with 77 units, it makes my job a lot easier when vendors do as they promise. I would highly recommend Washtek!

We own two apartment buildings which had Washtek as a vendor when we purchased the properties. Their service department does a great job keeping the machines running. We've had excellent service and have no complaints or issues with this company.

I have used Washtek for the past 7 years at my 40 unit apartment building in San Diego. I have always been VERY happy with their service. Recently my lease expired and it was time for new washers and dryers. WOW, I had my machines replaced with new ones and an upfront CASH bonus was given all in ONE week, I am amazed. Dave was very good and did everything he promised.
