The delivery and installment team get 5 stars. They were personable, efficient, friendly and skilled. The salesman gets 1 star. He saw and heard we were interested in a washer, and rather than show us around, ask questions, and make suggestions to help meet our wants and needs, he stood around watching us discuss and debate. He was quiet, dry and dull. I didn't want to buy, knowing he gets commission on my sale for not doing his job! It's like giving a waitress a tip when she never comes around but to take your order and take your money, but have someone else serve you. The only thing he did was price match, but in the end, I still paid more for delivery and take away of my old washer. In hindsight, I should have given the delivery and installment team a tip. I think the salesman should give the sales and delivery team his commission on my sale. Summary: -Poor sales help -Awesome delivery and installment -Price match possibility

Bought a brand new washer 3 weeks ago. Woke up on Friday, water spraying everywhere from hose connected to washer. Called Poletski’s to get service. They told me that they couldn’t make it on the same day but they could make it tomorrow (Saturday) and to turn off the water to the washer. Ok. Fine. They sent me a text stating that they would be there on Saturday. By 2 pm, no one had showed up so I called the store. They assured me that a technician would be there between 3 pm and 5 pm. Ok. I had waited at home all day for them, but fine, they are still coming. 5:05, no one had still showed up. I called the store. They are closed. What crappy business. I stayed home all day on my day off to wait for their service tech. Who didn’t bother to show up, nor bother to call. That’s rude. My time is important too. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend and I certainly won’t buy anything else from them in the future.

I arrived about 20 minutes before closing but their associate Meeska was still very helpful and attentive to what I needed. He went above and beyond in looking up different gas stoves for me that I made the purchase before leaving. It’s been a few months since the delivery/installation and it’s still going well!

I’ve worked with Poletski’s more than once — first for the purchase and delivery of a washer and dryer, and more recently for moving and converting them. Unfortunately, both experiences were marked by poor communication, blame-shifting, and incomplete work. Most recently, I paid $185 for the move and possibly another $150 for a propane-to-natural gas conversion. The job was left unfinished — the dryer wasn’t usable because the hose wasn’t attached. The tech didn’t even check the hookup; he just assumed it wasn’t ready. I walked around to the back myself and saw that everything was in place — all that was needed was to connect the hose, which I had ready and on hand. Instead of taking responsibility, I got a call from the office “explaining” the situation, which felt more like deflection than accountability. I ended up finishing the setup myself — and only then did the dryer work. This mirrored my earlier experience with their delivery team, which also involved multiple avoidable issues and a lack of follow-through. While two of the techs who helped with the move were kind and professional (and I plan to thank them personally), the company’s overall service and reliability have been consistently disappointing. I won’t be using Poletski’s again.
