My dryer was making crazy loud rattling sounds, and I was sure it would need to be taken apart to diagnose. I called ASAP Appliance in hopes of a same day appointment on a Saturday, and they came in about an hour! After finding a small screw stuck in there, I was only charged the visit fee of $85. Super fair for speedy service, and taking apart and reassembling my dryer.

Our very old refrigerator has been giving us some problems, so we called ASAP for a service call. Even though it was not a pressing issue, they were still able to get us scheduled quickly. They were quick to diagnose the issues and it just wouldn't make financial sense to repair it. They gave us some great options to purchase a new refrigerator, they were very respectful of our home, and both just really nice guys. If we need any other appliance repairs, we will definitely call ASAP Appliance Repair and we would highly recommend them!

Ali is great, I had an issue with my washer. Ali was able to make it to my house that day, looked at it and physically showed me the component that wasn't operable anymore. He was able to go out and get a part for the washing machine all in a very short time. Excellent communication throughout the entire process as well, these guys are great!
