The lady with golden/orange-ish hair was very, very rude. Stared at my kids and I and made us feel like we were in the wrong place. She even went as far as yelling at my kids to be quiet and they weren't even loud. You could barely hear my children's voices over the sounds of the washing and drying machines, that's how faint their voices were. My children were talking amongst each other and standing clear of other people. Once I told her how she made us feel, she continued to speak with another lady with burgundy/red hair in their native language. She made it too uncomfortable to continue my service so once my clothes finished in the washer, I left and went elsewhere to dry. There's another laundry mat down the street called Laundry World and they have the best service! The people there was so courteous and even offered a helping hand to bring my laundry through the door. Very kind and makes you feel welcome. I wouldn't ever come here if this was the last laundry mat left in the world. I will say that there's an older guy that works there sometimes and he was kind to me and my children which made me a regular customer. I spent over $35 a week there but I'd rather spend my hard earned money where I feel welcomed and my children are comfortable. No weird stare downs or dirty looks. As bad as I want to claim she didn't like my race, I would just assume she has a miserable life.

I walked in and went straight to a machine to get change for my laundry. This older lady approaches me and very loudly says “Sir, the change is for customers only!” I kindly told her that I was going to do laundry. She replied “can I see it?” At this point I already knew I was going to take my business elsewhere, but I walked to my car and grabbed my large bag of laundry just to show her. I showed her my bag and said “here’s my laundry, but I decided to go somewhere else”. I don’t understand why she assumed I wasn’t going to do my laundry. I also don’t understand why she would ask to see my laundry. I definitely felt discriminated against and it was not a good feeling. Their machines are old and the place is dated. There’s a larger and much nicer Laundromat two block down called Laundry World. I walked in and was greeted by a nice gentleman who helped me get change without any issues.

The owner is very nice, he opens up every morning. Owner also makes fresh coffee and offers pastries. The machines are well maintained and kept clean at all times. They offer a full and fold services with everything included, also hanging your clothing and other stuff to easily pick up when ready. Its hands down great place to go no card reader machines that you need to purchase a card then load money into card.
