This place is amazing! I don’t know if they can always schedule this quickly, but I called this morning with a washing machine issue and within a couple of hours they had repaired the issue and it cost less than the estimate! This never happens. The service technician was so professional and helpful. The person on the phone who scheduled me was really friendly and helpful as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I’ve never experienced such exceptional customer service! I called because my washer is leaking. After taking down detailed information about my washer, Brittany said she would call me back to schedule an appointment. When she called, it was obvious that she had spent a lot of time researching the potential parts that may be needed. Instead of just scheduling an appointment, she provided several suggestions about how to proceed and explained what to look for in a new washer (which is where she knew I would land). She genuinely wanted to help me even if it meant not using their services. She made my entire day. I saved money, time, and frustration and I walked away a more informed consumer. I will absolutely call again if I need any help with appliances!

Incredible service! We've used Northland several times for appliance repair and they are prompt and reasonable. Really great service. Just now spent 15 min on the phone with Brittany helping me troubleshoot my washer problem, she went to great lengths to help me avoid a service call, giving me a whole list of things to try first. These guys are my first call, trustworthy appliance repair!

I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service I received from the Northland Appliance Team to repair my dryer! Brittany, Dave, and Chris went above and beyond every step of the way. Brittany was incredibly responsive and placed me on a standby list, making it possible to have a technician come out before the weekend—even earlier than my originally scheduled repair. Dave ensured we had the right parts and expertly troubleshot the issue. Chris was a true expert—efficient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Not only did he quickly repair my dryer, but he also noticed a vent issue and immediately referred me to a trusted partner who will fix it in just a couple of days. He even called them personally while still on-site to help me get it scheduled. On top of all this, they provided me with an estimate that came in on the lower end. Wow! This level of care, transparency, and responsiveness is a lost art these days.
